Évreux / Conches-en-Ouche La Vel'Iton

Leaving Évreux on a greenway, you'll cross the former domain of Joséphine following the Iton and passing through the current racecourse. The route continues on quiet roads through plains and fields. It follows the Iton and its numerous bodies of water. Don't miss Lake Bonneville-sur-Iton for a relaxing break and a swim. Before arriving at Conches-en-Ouche, the Iton becomes underground to become the Sec Iton. You'll leave it behind to cut through the forest. Arrival in Conches is via Rue des Moulins, between the old tanneries and with the medieval keep on its promontory.
