The first part of the stage is a lovely ride on bucolic small roads, between countryside and forest, near the Charentonne River. Midway through, the town of Bernay awaits you. Don’t miss the visit to this town, the only one in the Eure classified as a "Town of Art and History." Walk in the footsteps of Edith Piaf, who stayed there as a child, and Gaston Lenôtre, a culinary figure of the town. His grave is in one of Bernay’s cemeteries, La Couture. A charming walk along the Cosnier stream, dedicated to Lenôtre, invites you to discover the town in a different way.
From Bernay, the greenway leads you to Broglie, offering an urban art route in the midst of nature. Over 13 km, various works of art using multiple techniques are exhibited: monumental works by Katre or the collages of Levalet.
